Looks like it will just clip the coast and mostly miss, quite remarkable how much bad luck weve had, really couldnt make it up. -
Clumps of showers stretching out to sea with little to no gaps between.

Nature of the beast really though isnt it? strong flow aides convection and drives the showers inland.

Its the front down south thats lessened convection, as it clears it should pick up.

The weather doesnt give a hoot what people were saying, it will do what it will do regardless, deeper cold in place now, it should get more and more wintry.

I bet they are cheaper to keep a week than a fortnight.

The hills kill most of the showers from the East for your area, a few may get through.

I never expected anything of note tonight snow wise, it simply hasnt been cold enough, most models showed that to be the case, later and in the morning may be different.

I take little notice of those snow depth charts, especially in a showery set up, might as well stick a pin on the map.
