    Polar Maritime Seems like mainland Europe is getting the Aurora, and the Southern Hemisphere earlier. Worth checking though before the clouds arrive later. The BZ figure needs to go a lot more negative to get past the full moon.

    Mapantz It's that time of year, March is often the most active month for CMEs Auroras.

    If the cloud breaks, and the moon can be beaten there's quite bit of potential in the next few hours. It's a year since the widespread Auroras last March.

    Scotland has the interesting weather today. Last year there were a fair number of thunder-days in Scotland. Quite a nice sunset in the distance this evening, more towards London/Herts.

    The radar has the wheel and spokes effect centered to the NW of London. I've seen it a lot before, I can't remember what causes it.
