Welll the past few days have been different, yesterday was cloudy and humid all day with outbreaks of rain on and off but by the evening the rain become more organised and persistent and lasted all evening and night pretty much. Now again it is completely cloudy but alot cooler than recent and it is starting to rain again but it looks like only a moderate to heavy shower moving in according to the radar. Yesterdays Top Temperature: 17.9c Current Temperature now: 10.6c :o wow i knew it was cooler but not that cool lol

Just hada heavy burst of rain, and still falling moderately now, feels very refreshing indeed

Yesterday was a very warm day/hot infact, we had a top temperature of 29.3c which was pretty mental, but by about 11am there was alot of distant Lightning and lasted for about 3 hours and it was very frequent. Now it is a lot cooler outside with it trying to rain, looks like some heavier rain will be with me within the next 20/30 minutes. Current temperature is 15.3c so a massive difference compared to yesterdays 29.3c

Hehe, I actually didnt as i have actually lost my camera, woulda been better if i was with my friend as he woulda lent me one of his cameras Im still yet to get my first ever Lightning picture grr lolol

Hmm that was an interesting night last night, started from 11pm till about 2am. Lightning was every 2-3 seconds pretty much so it was good to watch and hearing the distant thunder too Now we have nice refreshing rain

Lightning has died down in the past 10/15 minutes, which makes me believe that by the time it gets here it will be ust convective rain with the odd flash every now and then

This really looks like its heading my way, i really really hope this happens, the lightning looks amazing

Just saw an anvil crawler about 5 minutes ago, looked impressive there is alot of it going off getting closer as well

There is a lot of lightning out in the channel to my east, ESE, and SE some of it on my track atm

July and August in my opinion will most likely bring the hotter conditons with thunderstorms at times, I wouldn't mind some rain first before a proper heatwave. Don't worry yet folks summer isn't over by a mile off and has only just stared

Im going to remain patient as I don't think the real good stuff in terms of heat will start to properly show until July time, yes ok the first coupel of weeks of June aprt from this week looks like it will be quite average, but there is plenty of summer time to go. So don't worry people the time to worry is around beginning of August lol

My Nans dog always hide under the bed whenever he can hear thunder and stays there until it clears over. Sometimes he will stay there all night if he can still hear it fully

I wouldn't be suprised if this weekend the North westerly type weather could bring some convectiveness lets keep our fingers crossed It would be the 4th weekend in a row with potential haha

Feels so so muggy still and there is so much AcCas, Mid level Cumulus and there is a shower to the east of me I can see it! NAE looks nice for this evening and tonight, as does the GFS

Ahh damn shame you missed the 6am one :/ Last night was probably best storms since 2006, not as good as July 26 2006 storms but was most lightning I have seen in a long time, was amazing how they jsut developed close to us as well with was nice too see. Fingers crossed for later on today as well
