MY DDs football team has managed 4 football matches since the start of December due to weather interruptions and no doubt this Saturday will be a water-logged pitch again and then it is a 2 week break for Easter and then we are in to the final few matches of the season. Last year she was golden boot for her age group, this year she is likely to miss out just because she is half a dozen matches down.

Really enjoyed being linesman on the school football match 4.30 ko on the astro. By the end we would have had to stop anyway as you couldn't see the lines. DDs team won 7-0, I can only imagine how unpleasant it must have been for the girls on the other team. Ptobabl;y got about the same 2cm we had this morning.
