Hi j10, wrt foehn effect, in your opinion, is this afternoons forecasted precipitation coming from a slightly different direction and possibly lessening/cancelling the effect for the areas which missed out yesterday and overnight?

very much like how yesterdays event looked like, right up until the day before with westward corrections on each output until it happened

models showing possibilities of a repeat performance next friday, oddly, i seem to recall in 2010, the interesting events always seemed to be on a friday?? i may be wrong tho
