The met office shows snow showers throughout the night for me. I am confused.

I think the fact we have no warnings out for the West Midlands tells its own story. I hope they are wrong.

Tonight and tomorrow seem to have downgraded for the West Midlands looking at the forecast on bbc this morning. Very annoying, again.

Cheers for the replys guys and girls. Hope we all do well in the Midlands. Its been a very frustrating couple of years without any notable snow and we deserve some! I am guilty of ranting when things go tits up but that's just my passion for snow taking over!

Confusing on here. Some saying we will get no snow and we are in the worst position possible in the West Midlands and others saying it is looking good for snow.

Hopefully we will do well tomorrow night and Thursday with the showers. My concern is Sunday a lot of us in the West Midlands will be too far west and have the agony of watching the east get a pounding whilst we get nothing.

Is there a chance that showers could merge into more organised bands on Wednesday night and Thursday?

Better news on the latest models. The cold extended and very good chance of snow late Wednesday and into Thursday.

Interesting that the met has no warnings out for the Midlands. They obviously feel it will only effect the North. Hope we get some warnings.

We were in a so called good spot and got nothing! Dull, dank and cold again today. Winter has been pathetic so far for most in this region. The outlook is rubbish as well. I reckon game over for a proper cold spell this winter.

You are right. It has been another pathetic winter, yet again, for most of us. Hard to believe how good it looked this time yesterday and look how it all turned out for most of us. Dull, dank, cold and horrible out there. The worst sort of weather. I don't think we will get any decent snow events this winter.
