I think its worth noting that the GFS has undercooked tonights low temps already; had -1c as the low and already lots of -2 with some -4c at 9pm

It's looking like rain only fri/sat for my area from the latest model output

If you look at the 850 chart (GFS) the isobars sink to around the midlands which would halt the northern push of any rain. It is how low that sinks down the country that will determine how far into our region the PPN comes on Wednesday morning.
