    Moderate snow in Orpington for the past 20 mins. Not settling as too wet from earlier melt. Patchy settled snow from wrotham into Orpington this morning. Light precipitation is rain but heavy precip is snow.

    Snow started to intensify and settle around midnight. Crayford, dartford, bexley and orpington have around 3-4 cm on the main roads. Not one gritter seen. Light snow now in locksbottom. I'm up all night working. Roll on 6.30!

    Light dusting over night. More of a covering the more south of the Thames and away from London you are. Snowed quite moderately for about 30-60 mins around 1.30 am. Light covering in bexleyheath. More prominent in chislehurst and Bromley.

    Well the snow has finally stopped in Bromley. I've totalled 13cm on an untouched bin. Drove to Farningham where totals were 15-20cm. 3 inches fell on my car in 3 hours! Main roads between bromley and the A20 are clear for tomorrow's commute (for those interested). Chislehurst hill has been treated and had nothing on it at 18.30. I'm traveling to bexleyheath for a 7am start, and I imagine the biggest problem will be the ice. Fantastic totals. Deepest since 2010.

    We had snow from 9ish till 3 in Bromley. About 4-5cm on untreated roads. I work in bexleyheath, where a lot less has settled. Prob 2-3cm. Any further snow due till 3am?
