    My weather records started Jan 1st 1976 in Yate and the weather station is still there in the same location. My rain totals etc are used by Ian Fergusson on his end of months league table.

    I think you may be right AWD as I'm in Frampton Cotterell and our lights flickered off for a second or two, didn't hear any thunder though.

    Hi rob I've just had my 51st straight day of recorded rainfall. Jan came in so far at 177mm with a few hours to go. Quite remarkable.
