I had a bad case of isthmus,, took ages for the itchiness to go away Never heard of the term , but its going into one of my poems today

Today is wet and mild , kind of missed the rain though I am sure in couple of days stuck inside, i will crave the beautiful cold crisp weather of the last few weeks Anyhoo ,, as an eternal optimist ,, i went into the MOD thread ,, oh dear ... winter is over ,, kept thinking of the Smiths song,, I know it's over and it never really began .. think i will take a wee break for a week , thank goodness for this thread ,.. my weather gurus

Beautiful cold autumn day here in Gourock ,, last days of the leaves

Cold morning walk to the train, the hills still wearing blanket of snow

Wow was some storm last night ! we had the same as you on the other side of the river , lots of lightning and very loud thunder followed by biblical flood rain !! The streets of Gourock are awash with debris from the downpour !

what a strange end to April snow and sleet here in Glasgow city centre ... seems to be off now .. nice to see , though I wish it was December and it would lie : )

Hi @NUT We had a ten to fifteen minute shower in Glasgow City Centre not amounting to much but still nice to see falling snow

Woke up to a very cold morning and a wee snow flake or two nice wee surprise

a warning ,, a warning for snow ,, maybe ,, well maybe we will get some snow or maybe will be sleet i do love February

a wee surprise to see wet flakes of snow in Glasgow at this time of year wee poem Cold blast returns Winter coats pushed to back Summer shorts rained from dust Lingering thoughts of walks In sunset warm evenings Smiling at the spring blacksmith Forging the colours and life vivid Then a drop of rain A gust of northern wind The clouds chased to London Dragging polar air down The rain turns colder A huddled picnic Left to the birds Winter having one last laugh A reminder there is no control The sun takes a week off The cold and grey spreads Meanders across the weekend Plans scuppered for indoor dates

Looks like spring trying its hardest this week to bring some warmer temps this week.. I leave u with a poem ..
