God, this weather is sooo bloody boring now, Typical ! mild with low after low. Ironic really that if it was icy cold, we would have blue skies and sunshine, no lp systems anywhere uhh.

Well certainly will be mild as we move through the week, still our biggest savior is with this mild weather the Daffs will pop up for sure ! and then you know our northerly blast or easterly cold feed will come through. Remind sme of the old 80's winters

Well, i think the lack of posts sums up really every ones downbeat utter frustrations, I feel your pain it is Christmas and we have all everything ready but feel something is missing which is our little bit of Christmas wintry weather, cold, frosty and just some little white flakes, This is what makes our Christmas's all complete and real spirit lifter, Not to be this one folks I am afraid, Still I guess at the end of the day we have to make the best of what we have, So I am renting a log cabin on an ice rink with snow covered tree's and a snow machine lol. !!! Not really, It's xmas eve folks and for what it's worth life has taught me life is very short and enjoy what we have, I would like to wish you in all in my regional S/E a very merry Christmas and to your family, enjoy, have a laugh what ever the weather, it is still December and I am sure we will get our shot at Winter very soon, Snow Day of Work " Yez Pleeez", Take Care and Seasonals

Well I guess really after being away from here for along while due to work commitments and slowly getting back, still learning everyday. I would like to wish you all a very merry and safe Christmas to you and your families and although we are all human and get rattled at times weather permitting lol, life is truly short, enjoy yourselves and get a tipple !!!

Same here Gord, I am sooo p"*^ed off, all that chasing and we end with the dark, dreary doom and groom rubbish, god it is boring this standard mild dross. Still hopefully maybe, just maybe we all will get that little cold snowy reward very soon.

Well for me and I would say some others, Lush eye candy atm especially on our run up to the big day and perfect timing too. Up to 168 pretty much agreed by the big three in runs, very rare imo. Yes ecm not showing what we all want but its running and so are gfs and ukmo, we can now follow that path and the finer detail will evolve as we get to that special period, Christmas dinner being served with all the trimmings and a dollop of WHITE GOLD somewhere who knows for now, but I will say I have always been told never forecast snow fall till at least T48. Afternoon all, Firstly @TomSE12 utterly very moving indeed and sincere wishes to you and your family . As for today was lovely and sunny this morning a little breezy, now Cloudy and quite breezy and 10c Hmmm probably a degree or two less tbh. After very recently having a TIA 6 weeks ago then 4 weeks later a mild stroke, now still of work until early December. Much exercise daily, Typing is a very good exercise, well that is my excuse anyway . As for the non successful lumber punch OMG "Ouch" legs still tingly and slightly at times numb from the LP is annoying, The LP was for to rule out MS Due finding a a small white dot near the Stroke damage area in brain, results we're not confirmed due to failed Lumper Punch although the stroke doctor said it was very uncommon and unlikely, Still plays on my mind though. So Winter? the journey begins ? we will succeed this time ? Let the coming weeks fun begin

Hi Tony, I believe 1mm of rain equals 1cm of snow in general, but other factors regarding upper conditions can increase snow density but at the same time decrease.
