    That this is possibly one of the worst July summer months on record. Normally I like to look out my window at the Chemtrails for long periods of time but i've only been able to do this once, It has been very dull here and suprisingly chilly august isnt looking much better according to the net weather homepage. How would you sum up this month?.

    Just had a look out and there is a fairly hard frost bthis morning this is the latest i've ever know there to be a frost in this part of the country. Anyone else had tha frost this morning?

    Looks like the forecasters got it wrong again eh, they said light snow here starting from 6am. This is a big balls up but this time for the better.

    This winter is turning out to be epic, Never known cold to last so long and we have only had 2 days in the last 3 weeks without snow cover,amazing really.

    Exiting times I am certain we will see something this week I have come up with a new saying this week its too cold for it not to snow. I would be very surpised if this cold spell past with nothing.

    Things are freezing at a amazing rate, just had a pizza that I ordered despite having the heating on full it has already gone very cold.

    I'm in Nottingham just had to knock on the neighbours door for help with the bins. I am a bit thick when it comes to things like that lol.

    Very cold out there now the frost on the cars looks like snow,not had it like this in years.

    Bliney just been outside to the bins and they wouldnt open it was that cold. Think we could see some record low minima over the next week.

    I'ts allready very cold here the windows are iced over and it looks like we have had some very light parcipitation but I think it was sleet. Could get low as minus 6 here according to our local website.

    I'm slightly confused some of the replys on here dont bode well for Nottingham yet the forecasts show different, Could somebodu give me a summery of how bad things will get wednesday night and Tuesday evening.

    What about Nottingham?it's looking good on the forecast but I'm not sure if this front will be too far east.

    Was hoping the snow would hold off untill tomorrow evening as im out tomorrow daytime but it might have to be cencelled again if this freezes over.

    You should get some snow showers soon in le, I didn't expect any here in Nottm thats why I was suprised to see the roads covered in a light dusting. You might get a suprise tonight as I have.

    Blimey just checked out side for the first time this evening was suprised to see the road coovered ina light dusting of snow.

    Well we have had nothing but continus light rain with the odd heavier burst around 12am. Now the nep website isd forecasting sleet in the afternoon. I think they have had too much to drive because they are changing thier story daily.

    Think your one of the lucky people. Here it rained causing the drains to be waterlogged then stopped, it then looked promising when the clouds turned white but all we got was rain. Now it's just very light drizzle.

    I think Nottingham has doomed writen all over it for modern day winters. Everywhere else gets snow when we just get rain/drizzle, Butlers son I hope you see some snow on your way back up here though I hope you dont get caught out by the traffic.
