    Sky was a different colour (quite orange-y) here, a wee while ago too. I must admit I thought it was Mossmorran flaring

    Glad it wasn't just me who thought it was getting a wee bit windy, Blitzen! I would take heavy snow and freezing cold over this any-day.

    Still seemed to be raining when I come in 15 minutes ago. Weather looking crazy up at the St Johnston/Aberdeen match

    You make a good point here - I wouldn't be too surprised if the Scottish Government decide to keep schools etc. open as a reaction to last weeks storm not being 'too bad'. I guess we'll just need to wait and see, hoping that the storm isn't as bad as it is expected

    Hoping Friday's storm will degrade soon - As much as I enjoy witnessing extreme weather events, as soon as it becomes dangerous to the public it's not something I want to witness.

    Well the wind seems to have died down - And I'm happy to report that the power is still working Hope all of you escaped from the storm as well as we seem to have done!

    I can vouch for you there. The pavements are murder to walk on. I did think that the road would be a bit easier to walk on, but they weren't much better
