Hello! I'm writing from Portland, Oregon. In a matter of hours I'll be on a plane bound for Berlin, Germany, where I will run in the Berlin Marathon on Sunday, September 20. Right now, the cursory forecasts I see suggest it is likely to be a nice day for a long run.
