Photos I took of scenes around Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. Got a decent dumping of 7-8cm. This was my first proper snow event since The Beast from the East back in Fab-Mar 2018!

Early Morning, North Uist. Loch Portain

During the first full day of my holiday in Florida, a severe thunderstorm arrived at midday.

Epic snowfall from the 'Beast from the East'. Starting on the 27th, intensifying on the 28th.

Images of a suspected supercell thunderstorm that passed through North Essex on 20th July 2021, dropping golf ball sized hail stones over Thaxted and other areas.

On the evening of the 27th July 2019, a thunderstorm that developed over a town called The Villages was visible from Haines City in Florida. This storm produced some pretty unique distant lightning.

During the evening of the 25th July, a thunderstorm that was near Tampa was visible from Haines City in Florida.

Things that catch the eye as the seasons unfurl.

A massive, or possibly severe storm developed over Haines City in the evening hours of the 29 July 2019. Distant CG bolts were visible to the SW for over an hour straight, before sea-breeze convergence came into play and made a storm erupt right overhead. The rain with it was extremely heavy and around 6-7 inches of rain fell in an hour. In fact, the rain that day was so heavy that my pool overflowed the following morning!

Gourock, Scotland.

During the afternoon of the 26 July 2019 in Haines City, a huge thunderhead formed over the area. Surprisingly, the storm didn't produce an awful lot of lightning.

During the morning of the 24 July 2019, multiple thunderheads over western Florida were visible from Orlando.

A thunderstorm developed near Poinciana, Florida where I was at and resulted in frequent lightning and amazing cloud formations.

The other day there was some insane fog circulating the IOW and parts of inland, we got above the fog and witnessed this incredible scene from St bonficace downs of the Milkyway above the fog overlooking Ventnor

2 hour thunderstorm with torrential rain that caused flash flooding in Thaxted.
