This is a hill in Wiltshire called CHerhill, and the 'summit' is around 260m ASL.
Despite there being no precipitation down at ground level for at least the week b4 the pic was taken, theres was still snow on Cherhill, and it must have happened in the past few days because it would have melted if it was a few days ago.
