Well it sure has been a stressful past week or so, to add to all the crap that has been thrown at me my Aunt died last week, she was one of those type of people you just expect to be around for ever, never even crossed my mind she may die one day, even though she has not been particulary well for a while.
RIP Auntie Ruth.
on a slightly lighter note, I have finished my course of zombie pills and already feel brighter and more alert 
and last but by no means least, I would like to thank all of those that took the time to PM me to make sure I was ok, I really did appreciate it, it really is nice to know that people do actually care... so a mahoooooosive thank you to you all 
I will hopefully be back in top form very soon .
