Day 3 and and going strong!

Well last night was a bit interesting to say the least...

My lad came back from the skate park in pain, he had fallen off of his bike put his hand down to stop himself, and his elbow was really killing him. Joe decided it was better to get him checked out so off down the hospital they went... at this point both Joe and I are thinking ciggies, need a ciggie......

They x-rayed and couldn't see enough so we have to wait and see if the pain goes over the next couple of days, if it doesn't take him back :wallbash:

But we managed to get through that without having a ciggie :lol:

Found it easier late last night, only had one craving about 1am.

This morning I have found much easier too. If I can make it through today I will be really chuffed with myself :D

MAAAAAAAAAAAADE IT!!!!! :D

Even thought my computer gave up on me and I :wallbash: started to beat the crap out of it, I still got threw today without a ciggie!!

And Joe too even though he spent the afternoon trying to get it up and running for me!

Well done you twos for what you are doing. It does get easier, I promise. Try and think of things to keep you busy. Well :blush: you know what I mean :lol:

Actually, try giving yourself a treat :blush: Oh god. Does everything I say have an innuendo :lol:

But they do work, and you can both do it too . I came off them on Friday (only because I ran out though :doh: ), but have seen the doc today, and he's happy for me to carry on without them. I was on them for 3 months (typical time frame), and I was offered more if I wanted. So never think about finishing on them. Your doc should be fully behind you to help in any form :)
