Well, after feeling like I did yesterday, I thought bugger it, and had a lie in until 8 this morning. Still at work before 9 though, but feel so much better fo it.
Well, so far so good today. I'm getting cravings today, a bit like those in day 2, although the craving itself is much shorter. So thats always good
Now i've just got to remember that yesterday wasnt a failure, but just a blip in giving up.
Will up date this later, as not too much too report (a good thing I think).
I think after one week, i'll pobably do a weekly diary, as I think the day to day ones may get a little tedious
