September Heat - presented by Jo Farrow

As low pressure to the south west draws warm, humid continental air over much of England and Wales we could see temperatures of 25c this week, though it's a little cooler further north and for some eastern areas where stubborn cloud lingers through the days. The heat could trigger some heavy thundery showers, especially for the south west at initially.
