The long weekend is upon us and it looks like pretty much everywhere will enjoy a fine, bright and dry, if a little cooler than the last couple of days, Good Friday and Saturday.  Then it's all change for England & Wales on Easter Sunday as a low pressure brings rain and chilly northerly breeze as it tracks west across the southern half of the UK - Scotland and Northern Ireland (for a change) get the better deal where it will remain dry and mostly bright, though still feeling a little fresh in an easterly wind.
